Auto Pay Terms and Conditions

These Auto Pay Terms and Conditions apply to the following Verizon Value brands: Straight Talk, Total Wireless, Tracfone, Simple Mobile, Walmart Family Mobile, Net10, Go Smart, and PagePlus (each, a "Brand").

By agreeing to these terms and enrolling in the Auto Pay program (also called Auto-Refill by some Brands), you are authorizing your Brand to automatically charge your recurring payment or purchase amount(s) to your designated payment method until you cancel your enrollment. If you enroll in Auto Pay through a promotional offer, the promotional Auto Pay discount applies only for the period stated in the offer.

You may enroll in or cancel Auto Pay at any time through your Brand's website, app, automated phone system, or customer service. Your payment method will be charged on your renewal date, and cancellation is effective for future renewals only. If you have multiple service lines on your Account, Auto Pay enrollment will enroll all lines in Auto Pay.

If your Brand offers a reserve or digital wallet feature, your recurring payment will first be taken from any available reserve plan, then from your digital wallet balance, and, if any remainder is still due, then your payment method will be charged for the remaining amount due.

If an Auto Pay payment is unsuccessful, Auto Pay may be suspended on your Account unless your Brand offers Backup Pay, in which case the Backup Pay provisions of these terms apply. If you make a payment within 10 days, you agree that we may resume your Auto Pay enrollment for your recurring charge(s). You agree to keep your payment method current and authorize us to receive updated payment information from your card issuer or payment network.

Your Brand may modify or terminate Auto Pay or these terms at any time. By continuing to use your Brand's services you agree to the updated Auto Pay terms. Your Brand's Terms and Conditions, including provisions for a reserve or digital wallet feature, apply and take precedence in case of any conflict with these terms.

By enrolling, you agree to receive electronic communications about Auto Pay, including confirmations and payment notifications. You also authorize your Brand to treat your electronic signature on the website(s) or app(s), or your recorded verbal agreement in our automated telephone system or with customer service, as the equivalent of your written signature authorizing your enrollment in Auto Pay. You are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to have a retainable copy of these terms provided electronically.

Backup Pay

If your Brand offers Backup Pay, the following additional terms apply to your enrollment in and use of the Backup Pay feature. In the event of a conflict, these additional terms control with respect to the Backup Pay feature.

Backup Pay is an optional Auto Pay feature that allows you to designate a secondary payment method (your "Backup Method") in addition to your primary Auto Pay payment method (your "Primary Method"). If your Primary Method experiences a failure, your Backup Method will be charged for the full amount then due on your account.

By enrolling in Backup Pay, you expressly authorize your Brand to: (a) store your Backup Method for the purpose of processing Backup Pay transactions; and (b) charge your Backup Method for the full amount due on your account if your Primary Method is declined. This authorization remains in effect until you remove your Backup Method, cancel Backup Pay, or cancel Auto Pay.

You may update or remove your Backup Method or cancel Backup Pay at any time through your Brand's website, app, automated phone system, or customer service.
