By enrolling in the Prepaid Auto Refill program, you are authorizing TracFone Wireless to automatically charge your Prepaid Auto Refill amount to your credit or debit card. TracFone Auto Refill Plans are available in various denominations. You may enroll in Auto Refill by registering your credit or debit card and selecting the Service Plan you want on the TracFone website(s), through the My Account App, or the automated telephone system; or by calling customer service who can assist in setting up Auto Refill enrollment. Your current plan will be automatically purchased and added to your Account on your Service End Date and your credit or debit card will automatically incur a charge for the cost of the Service Plan you elect to purchase on a recurring basis. TracFone reserves the right to terminate this program at any time. In the event that your Auto Refill payment is unsuccessful, Auto Refill will be suspended on your Account. If you make a payment within 10 days of an unsuccessful Auto Refill payment using the same credit or debit card (or a different credit or debit card), you agree that we may resume your Auto Refill enrollment for your recurring Service Plan purchases to continue.
By enrolling in Auto Refill, you agree to receive communications from TracFone regarding your enrollment, including, without limitation, upcoming payment dates or unsuccessful payment notifications.
By enrolling in Auto Refill, you are authorizing TracFone to treat your electronic signature on the website(s), My Account App, and other digital channels (or your verbal agreement to the transaction in our automated telephone system or with customer service) as your consent for recurring payment transactions on your debit or credit card. You are indicating that you understand and accept these terms and conditions, and you agree to have a retainable copy of these terms provided to you electronically.
